At Sapphire Creative, we strive to deliver your promotional products in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below.
What We Ship
We ship physical promotional products (e.g. branded merchandise, print materials) across the Lower Mainland
Marketing services (e.g. digital strategy, creative design) are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping.
Shipping Locations

Domestic (Canada-wide): We ship to all provinces and territories.
Processing Time

Standard Products: Processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom Products: Processing begins after design approval. Lead times vary by item, typically 7–15 business days.

Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We use trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and other couriers based on location, size, and urgency.

Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days (within Canada)

Expedited / Express: Available upon request at additional cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted manually for custom orders.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
